All new members must attend a Fair Housing seminar within the first 12 months of their membership as a requirement of the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®. Certain exceptions apply: If you have taken a 2 hour post-licensure fair housing class and are able to provide us with documented evidence of completion of the class from an accredited course provider. Or if you have been licensed for more than 2 years. Or if you are exclusively involved in commercial properties only.
