All RVAR REALTOR® members are invited to attend this FREE Membership Meeting, Thursday, November 21st, 10:00-11:30AM at the South Roanoke County Library (check-in and coffee begin at 9:30AM). A proposal to amend RVAR’s Bylaws to change the composition and authority of the MLS Board of Directors will be presented. In accordance with the RVAR Bylaws, the process for amending the Bylaws requires attendance by 5% of the membership and a vote in favor of the amendments by 2/3 of those present. All voting must be in person. No voting by proxy is permitted.
